My goal on this trip was to draw a lot more than life had allowed here lately. I was giving myself the goal of a drawing per day, which in hindsight was pretty ambitious. That goal was tougher than imagined, but I still enjoyed the challenge. It was still nice to just sit and draw, away from the computer and technology for a change, just paper and pencil and imagination. Here's some drawings that made the cut, hope you enjoy.

Drawing time
Well, we only have two days left here in Japan...we will go to the English speaking congregation's meeting that Lykins attend today, then just sight see and relax after visiting one more of Nana's uncle's here on Okinawa. It feels like we've been gone a month, but we look forward to seeing everybody soon.

See you still have he "touch". Nice drawings...esp. one of the girl's face. It has been just super having you share all this as you experienced it. Will be good to know you are soon settled back home. Mark was VERY concerned when he heard of the news about the quake. He called to hear what I knew and was most relieved to hear you were back in the southern parts.
IF YOU DON'T PUT THESE DESIGNS ON THREADLESS I WILL SO TOTALLY STEAL THEM AND DO IT MYSELF!
Really like the girls face. Robot on the beach?...Well, it's nice artwork...I don't understand it, but it's nice.
Don't you love vacation...your biggest ambition was to DRAW!
Sorry Matt, Jess just doesn't understand robots like we do. Everyone know a robots favorite place to vacation and recharge his batteries is at the beach. C-ya soon!
